The Mahjong Federation declares the carrying of the IV Russian Riichi Championship, the results of which will be accounted in EMA riichi ranking (MERS=2). The championship under the rules of EMA riichi will be held in Vologda, on October 17-18, 2015.
Registration will be open at our web-site until October 13, 2015.
Championship is an open competition: it is open to all comers, regardless of their age, place of residence, citizenship and membership in the Federation of mahjong.
Players who wish to participate in the championship, must register (see form below).

The registration must be done in advance. If the number of those who wish to participate in the tournament exceeds 60 players, those players who have registered in advance, have a privilege.

Fee: €20 (1500 roubles).
To win the tournament, a player must outpoint in eight rounds. Top-10 participants will be rewarded with the certificates. The winner, second-ranked and third-ranked players will be rewarded with prizes. The best Russian player will be claimed new champion of Russia.
Game rules: Procedure of the tournament is regulated by the rules, approved by EMA.
